2 lb low-fat ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 15oz cans pinto beans w/ jalapeño, drained
1 16oz can hominy, drained
1 12oz can corn, drained
1 10oz can beef broth
1 16oz can tomato sauce
2 packages taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Optional: 8 shakes of Tabasco sauce for added spice and heat

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground beef, onion, and garlic until onion Is translucent and beef is brown; drain. Add beans, hominy, corn, beef broth, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, water and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil; reduce and simmer for 1 minute or until flavors are blended. Each serving contains approx. 430 calories, 34 G protein, 62 mg cholesterol, 1582 mg sodium
