¼ cup melted margarine or butter
1/3 cup cocoa
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 box confectioner sugar

Directions:
Combine melted butter or margarine. Mix in salt, vanilla, milk and confectioners sugar. Spread on cake or cupcakes.
