Cake-
1 Sweet Rewards Yellow Cake Mix
¼ c. applesauce
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin Oranges in light syrup

Frosting-
1 (8 oz.) light whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 can (15 ½ oz.) crushed pineapple in juice

Directions:
Stir together cake ingredients by hand 2 minutes, pour batter in 13" x 9 sprayed cake pan. Bake 350º for 35 minutes. Cool Completely. Mix frosting ingredients. Spread over cake. Refrigerate.
