1 large baking apples
2 tsp. or margarine
2 tbls. caramel topping
2 tbls chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Core apples and peel a strip from the top of each. Place each apple in a 6 oz. custard cup. Fill core of each apple with 1 tsp. of butter. Cook, uncovered, in microwave oven 2 minutes. Top each apple with 1 tbls. caramel topping and 1 tbls. chopped nuts. Cook in microwave oven until topping is heated, about 39 seconds. Let stand a few minutes until cooled slightly.
