1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups flour
3 large apples (chopped)
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts

Mix ingredients well. Add 1/2 cup water if necessary. Bake in angel food cake tube pan.

Bake at 375º for 70 to 80 minutes. Don't invert pan when cooking.
