1 to 1/12 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain and stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Simmer.
Separate biscuits and pull apart in two layers, Press 1/2 biscuits thinly into ungreased 8" or 9" pan. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and egg; mix well. Remove mixture from heat, stir in sour cream mixture. Spoon meat mixture into dough lined pan. Put remaining biscuits on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes.
