1 pound pork sausage
2 - 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
1 ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
1 ¼ cup grated Romano cheese (1-8oz can)
1 ¼ cup Swiss cheese, grated (1-6oz package)
4 eggs
18 lasagna noodles, cooked and rinsed
4 - 8 ounce packages shredded mozzarella cheese
2 - 32 ounce traditional jars Ragu/Prego sauce
3 pound package hamburger, browned and drained of grease
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together like a meatloaf. Divide mix into 2 parts to layer.

Using a 10 x 16 x 2½ pan, layer ingredients in the following order: noodles, mix, hamburger, sauce, cheese.

Make two layers, ending with noodles on top. Cover noodles with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

I worked with Miss Shirley at the Housing Authority after Dad was injured. She only made this for New Year's Day with her family. It makes a LARGE pan of lasagna.
