1 cup butter
1 ½ cups confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add gradually to butter mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
