1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup water
½ cup shortening
4 eggs

Filling:
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cold milk



Directions:
Directions:
Measure and sift flour and salt. Heat water and butter to boiling point on top of a double boiler. Add flour and salt to hot mixture, stirring to form a smooth batter. Cool mixture to lukewarm and add one egg at a time. Beat well after each addition. Drop batter by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 35-40 min at 350. Cool. Cut off tops and fill.

Filling: Mix together vanilla pudding, heavy cream and milk.
