Cucumbers, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
White vinegar
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice 1 or 2 cucumbers thin on box grater. Salt and pepper well, then mix

Place plate/bowl/weight on top. Put in fridge for a couple of hours (if you can). Drain liquid off cukes.

Add vinegar and sugar in ratio: 1 tbsps sugar to 2 tbsps vinegar.

Adjust all seasonings to taste
