1/2 cup butter
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate squares together over warm water. in a bowl, beat eggs together and gradually blend in sugar. Add the flour and salt, then combine with chocolate mixture. Pour into ungreased 8-inch pie plate and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 º.

Cool; then it can be frozen. Does not need to thaw; can be served frozen

Can add 1 cup pecans and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
Can also substitute 1/4 cocoa powder for unsweetened chocolate. If you, mix cocoa with flour, then add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir in pecans last.
