Banana Nut Bread
½ cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and banana puree. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Place in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool well overnight before serving.
