2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 lg egg, lightly beaten
1 ½ cup banana puree (3 small ripe bananas)
½ cup butter milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup golden seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir eggs, banana, buttermilk, vanilla and raisins in separate bowl. Stir flour mixture in buttermilk mixture and blend well. Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
