2 large red onions, also can use Vidalia
¼ c. honey mustard
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp. black pepper
⅛ tsp. salt
4 small zucchini cut lengthwise into ¼ inch slices (~1#)
4 (6 oz.) Salmon Steaks (1 inch thick)

Cut onions into 8 wedges, leaving root intact. Combine mustard and next 7 ingredients, reserve ¼ cup. Place onion, zucchini and salmon in a shallow dish. Drizzle with remaining mustard mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Spray grill pan, set to med-high heat, when grill is hot, grill zucchini - 2 minutes each side, remove. Grill Onions, 3 minutes each side, until tender. Grill Salmon, 5 minutes each side, until fish flakes. Drizzle salmon and veggies with reserved mustard mixture.
