Ingredients: Broccoli - 2 boxes chopped or a bag of cut Butter (stick) (½ cup) Ritz Crackers (1 sleeve) Velveeta Cheese (2-4 oz)
NOTE: Double all ingredients for a 9x13 dish
Need: Cooking spray Gallon size Ziplock bag
Supplies: dish 2 quart or 9x13 - depends on size you want to make microwavable dishes - 2 larger ones and a small dish

Directions:Pre-heat Oven 350º
Prep Baking dish - Spray with cooking spray (Pam) and set aside.
1. Cook the Broccoli - I usually microwave it - follow package instructions - DRAIN it when done (runny casserole is not fun) 2. Cut Cheese and ½ of butter into small cubes for quicker melting - spray microwave dish before adding cheese/butter - microwave for short amounts of time until both are melted. 3. Mix drained broccoli and melted cheese mix in baking dish. 4. Crush crackers in ziplock 5. Melt rest of butter (it will be hot so be careful) 6. Pour melted into crushed crackers in bag - mix around until crackers are all moist 7. Sprinkle over broccoli mix 8. Bake - uncovered - 30 minutes (cheese should be bubbly)
