1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves minced garlic
1 cup cream
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chicken broth
8-10 chicken tenders
Salt and pepper, to taste
Italian seasoning - basil, oregano, to taste
2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
2 cups chopped spinach
Linguine Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan heat oil; add garlic; cook a minute. Add cream, chicken broth. While this is cooking, put chicken in crockpot; sprinkle Italian seasonings, salt and pepper over chicken. Cover with sun-dried tomatoes. When cream sauce is slightly thick; add parmesan cheese. Stir; cook until melted. Pour over top of chicken. Cook 4-5 hours on low.

Last few minutes add chopped spinach, stir. Cook until spinach is wilted. Serve over noodles.
