1 Spanish Onion
4-5 stalks of celery
2-3 T Butter
2-3 T Olive Oil
1 can Tomato juice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg can tomato paste

In a bowl mix:
5 T sugar
1 t basil
1 t oregano
2 bay leaves
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Pinch of rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat butter and olive oil in a large deep pot
- Add onions, celery, bay leaves, cook until onions are clear
- In a bowl mix, together sugar and spices and set aside
- Add tomatoes and tomato juice to the pot
- Add spice mix
- Bring to a boil add tomato paste

****Add you favorite meatballs for spaghetti and meatballs or 1" cubes of chicken breast and server over rigatoni noodles for Rigatoni.
