5 cups chicken broth
2-3 shakes of poultry seasoning
5 chicken breasts or 2-3 cans Costco Chicken
1 - 28 oz. can Las Palmas green enchilada sauce
3 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1-2 large can green chilies
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
5 Tbsp. cornstarch (dissolve in cold enchilada/tomato sauce before putting into hot soup)
2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken in broth and shred. Or cook chicken in broth; and shred. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Heat through (allow 30 minutes). Serve with grated cheese, tortilla chips, and a dollop of sour cream. (Makes 4 quarts)
