3 C Rolled Oats
1 C whole/slivered almonds
1 C Cashews
1 C Pecans
1 C Walnuts
3/4 C Shredded Sweet Coconut
1/4 C and 2 T Brown Sugar
1/4 C and 2 T Real Maple Syrup
1/4 C Vegetable Oil
3/4 tsp Salt
Dried cranberries, cherries or raisins optional.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, all nuts, coconut and brown sugar together. Mix Well.
In Separate bowl, mix syrup, oil and salt.
Pour over dry mixture.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake 1 hour at 250º
Stir every 15 minutes.
Once cooled, you can add raisins, cranberries or dried cherries.
