1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C flour
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 T cornstarch
1 C fruit juice (pineapple or orange)
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc)

Crust:
Mix powdered sugar, butter and flour. Mix well and pat on pizza pan. Bake until edges turn light brown. Bake 350º and cool well.

Second layer:
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla well and spread on cooled crust. Top with fresh fruit slices.

Glaze:
Mix the corn starch, fruit juice, sugar and lemon juice together, then heat to boiling until it thickens. Pour over fruit.
