Ingredients:  
1 can evaporated milk
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
chicken broth to thin
1 c cooked wild rice
2 cans mushrooms (chopped)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1/2 c green pepper (chopped)
1-1/2 c celery (chopped)
1-1/2 c onion (chopped)
1 lb fried bacon
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
season with basil, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, salt, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables (mushrooms, green pepper, water chestnuts, celery, and onion) in bacon fat.
Mix soups, milk, and broth.
Add bacon, vegetables, etc.
Simmer 1/2 hour.
Add cooked wild rice and cook 1 more hour.

Instead of 3 cans cream of mushroom, we did it with 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of celery, and 1 can cream of chicken. Tasted great!
