Ingredients:  
3 lbs Pork loin or shoulder cut into 1 inch cubes cubes

2 poblano peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion

½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp to 1 tbsp chili powder
2 Bay leaves
1 can (14 oz) diced tomato
1 can (28 oz ) crushed tomato
1 bottle beer

Directions:
Directions:
Char and skin poblano and jalapeno

Brown pork in Dutch oven

Remove pork and add onions.cool until golden
Add peppers cook until tender
Add spices and toast lightly
Add beer
Add in pork,tomatoes,bay leaf

Simmer for a couple hours until pork is cooked through and tender
