1 stick butter, melted
1 (18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease 13 X 9 pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick melted butter. Stir until well blended. Pat into prepared pan. With mixer, combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and cocoa powder. Add powdered sugar. Mix well. Slowly add 1 stick melted butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread filling over cake in pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Be careful not to overbake; the center should be a little gooey when finished baking.
