1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
Mix well in one bowl and set aside.

3½ cups milk
2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding
12 oz cool whip
Mix these ingredients together. Then combine with cream cheese mixture and mix well.

1 regular package of Oreo cookies (Do not use double stuff)
Crushed in food processor.
Directions:

Place a layer of the cream cheese/pudding mixture and then a layer of crushed Oreo cookie crumbs.
Repeat until all of the ingredients have been used. Start with the cream cheese/pudding mixture and end with the cookie crumbs.

The ingredients can be placed in a large bowl or contained and dipped OR you can make it individually in something such as plastic drinking cups.
