2 C sugar
¾ C- 1 C cocoa
½ C soft butter
3 Eggs
2 tsp soda- dissolve in ½ C boiling water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
4 C flour
1 C milk

2 C powdered sugar butter cream frosting

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine sugar, eggs, butter and cocoa, mix until well blended on medium speed. Add milk, soda in boiling water, to above ingredients, blend. Continue to add ingredients salt, baking powder and flour until well mixed. Drop by full rounded tsp on greased cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake at 425º for 5-7 minutes. When cooled make powdered sugar butter cream frosting and spread between two cookies.
