3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans - chopped or halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Beat well. Stir in butter and vanilla extract. Add nuts. Pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for about 45 mins.

This was a Thanksgiving favorite that my Grandmother Foshee always baked. She always chopped the pecans very finely.
