2 c water
1 T butter
2 egg yolks
rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 heaping T corn starch
1 pie crust, prepared
Directions:
Directions:
Boil together the sugar, water and butter. Mix the 2 egg yolks, rind and juice of the lemon, and the 2 T corn starch, Boil with the first mixture. Pour into baked crust. Use egg whites for meringue.
