3 C. Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 C. Shortening
1 tsp. Salt
Milk to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together. With a fork mix in shortening until crumbly. Mix in milk and mix well.

Put dough out on floured counter top and knead a bit. Roll out to about 3/4 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a 400º oven for about 20 minutes or until brown.
