10 eggs
1 lb. jack cheese grated
2 c cottage cheese
2 4 oz.cans chopped green chilies
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything with mixer except chilies. Add chilies by folding them into mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam and bake for 35 min at 350 or until lightly brown on top and set.

Travels great for brunch, or sharing at church. Can top with sour cream if desired. I make it mild, but you can spice it up. Enjoy.
