½ c. butter
½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour

¼ c. butter
⅓ c. dark corn syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter & sugar. Add egg, almond extract and flour to form dough for tarts. Scoop dough with small cookie scoop and place into small muffin/tart pan cups. Use wooden mallet to press dough to form cups/shells. Bake 400 ºF. for 8-10 min until golden brown at edges.

Bring to boil butter, syrup and powdered sugar. Add nuts. Scoop into baked tart shells. Bake 350 º F for 5 min to set pecan filling. Cool.
