7-8 pound spiral-cut ham
1-2 cups brown sugar
1/2 - 1 cup maple syrup
Pineapple juice, tidbits, chunks
or slices (optional)

Directions:
Use a 6-7 quart crock pot. Mix some brown sugar and maple syrup together and baste between each slice (if presliced). Rub brown sugar over all the sides of the ham. Place ham flat side down in the crock pot. Pour remaining maple syrup and pineapple (if desired) over the ham. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours. Baste ham with juices an hour or so before serving.
