3 C. Diced Potatoes
1 can Milk
1 cube Butter or Margarine
4 C. Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
6 Eggs
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle boil diced potatoes until tender. Drain most of water off when done. Add can milk and butter. Pour in regular milk and heat. While soup is heating; mix eggs with mixer. Add flour-enough to make a thick batter. About like cake batter.

Slowly pour into hot milk and potatoes. Stir constantly. When thick enough, remove from heat.
