Directions:
Depending on how many servings take 1 cup craisins and place in container and cover with white wine. Leave somewhere to plump overnight.

Cook brussel sprouts in desirable method. (steam, roast etc...)

After brussel sprouts are cooked place in skillet with a dab of butter. Saute. Add the plumped craisins at the end. (not the juice) Toss a few times and serve. The 2 flavors together are heavenly.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This dish looks great at Christmas if you steam the Brussel sprout. The bright green and red together are festive. The sweetness of the craisins takes out the bitterness of the sprouts. A must try.
