6 c flour
1 c sugar
1 c butter
6 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 box of raisins or 1 c coconut
1/2 pk vanilla pudding mix (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub together flour, sugar, butter and baking powder.
2. Add eggs and milk to make a soft dough.
3. Add raisins or coconut
5. Place on a floured surface and press to 1/2 inch thickness
6. Cut to desired diameter
7. Bake at 350 F for 25 min.
