1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 cups sliced rhubarb (1 lb)
2 T butter
1 package premade pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Blend sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add rhubarb and mix thoroughly. Fill pie crust and add the top crust, pinching the edges together and adding steam vents to the top. Bake at 400º for 50-60 minutes.
