1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cups quick cooking raw oats
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 8oz cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except 1 of the cans of tomato sauce thoroughly. Pack firmly into an 8 inch loaf pan. Chill for 1 hour. Untold into a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Pour second can of tomato sauce over loaf. Bake 20 minutes more until loaf is nicely glazed.
