Cooked Minute Rice - 1 cup rice instructions
4 chicken breasts, cut
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp Epicure Italian seasoning
1 tsp Epicure 3-Onion Seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 bag of onion crispers salad topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a casserole dish. Prepare rice as instructed for 1 cup rice. In pit with small amount of water, boil broccoli for 4-5 minutes. In skillet, cook chicken in olive oil. In small bowl, mix soup and seasonings. Add to skillet along with broccoli. Add rice to casserole, cover with chicken mixture, cover with cheese, and top with onion toppers. Cook for 30 minutes uncovered.
