1 T. dried onion or 1/4 cup fresh onion
1 T. margarine
2 cups reconstituted dried milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions and margarine in a large heavy pan and cook until onion is tender and only slightly browned.
Add reconstituted dried milk, salt; powdered potatoes.

Heat slowly until hot, stirring all the time. Adjust the thickness of the soup to your liking by adding more milk or potatoes as desired.
