¾ cup cooked chicken chopped
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup dry roasted peanuts
1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
8 ounces cream cheese softened
3 tsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp.dry parsley
2 tsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp ginger
½ cup sweet and sour

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on plate.
Combine other ingredients (except sweet and sour).
Spread on top of cream cheese.
Drizzle sweet and sour on top. Chill.
Serve with wheat thins.
I usually triple everything with 1 cream cheese.
