5 or 6 medium Potatoes
1/2 pound American cheese (Judy uses 2 cups shredded cheese)
1 12 ounce can corned beef, chopped
Milk as directed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled Potatoes,

Dice into greased 9x13 casserole pan.

The orgiinal recipe chooped up American cheese, but Judy uses 2 cups cheddar cheese

Mix chopped corned beef and cheese in with the potatoes.

Pour milk over to cover bottom of pan

Cover with foil

Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes until cheese in melted.

Stir so milk mixes with other ingredients.
