Ingredients: 4 boneless pork loins (4-6 oz) 2 tablespoon cooking oil 2 tablespoon butter or cooking spray 4 slices of Black Forest Ham 1 medium onion 1 small to medium red bell pepper 1 8 oz mushrooms sliced 5 sprigs of parsley (about 2 Tbs dried) 3 garlic cloves minced 1 8 oz package of sliced Muenster cheese Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1-2 tablespoon Smoked paprika

Directions: |
Directions:Pound pork loin with a meat tenderizer to flatten them (wrap pork loins in plastic wrap use flat side of tenderizer).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat 2 Tbs of oil in skillet and sauté schnitzels on each side 3-5 min. Or until done
Grease and ovenproof pan with 1 Tbs butter (or cooking spray).
Salt, Pepper and Paprika each schnitzel both sides and place in pan.
Lay ham slices over the schnitzels.
Cut the onion into half and cut into rings, cut the bell peppers into strips. sauté the onion, peppers and the mushrooms in 1 Tbs butter (or cooking spray) for about 3-5 min. Add garlic about a minute before vegetables are done.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the ham schnitzels.
Place sautéed vegetables over the schnitzels, lay a slice of cheese on top and bake for 5-6 min. or until the cheese has melted and the Schnitzels are warmed through.
