2 pound Chuck Roast
Seasoning Salt
Water

1 package of onion soup mix
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoon.Quick Barley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chuck roast in crock pot with small amount of water, seasoned wtih seasoning salt
Cook 4 hours on High

Let cool awhile then slice with the grain.
Put on stove in a kettle with broth from crock pot

Simmer, add water as needed, until it starts to come apart, use 2 forks to shred it.

Add 1 package of onion soup mix and 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce.

Continue to simmer for about 1/2 hour

Add 2 tablespoon of quick barley.

Simmer for another 15 minutes.
