1½ to 2 cups Kellogg Corn Flakes
3 to 4 T. sugar
1 to 1½ stick butter
1½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1⅓ cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Melt butter. In a 13 X 9 X 2 baking pan, thoroughly mix butter, sugar and Corn Flakes and press filmly to bottom to form a crust. Scatter chocolate chips over crust. Sprinkle coconut over chips. Sprinkle nuts over coconut. Pour swettened milk over nuts. Bake at 350º about 25 minutes or until lightly brown around edges. Cool, cut into bars. Yield 54 if cut 2" X 1".
