Turn on oven and set at 350º, dust with flour 8 1/2" ring mold. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. 4 T finely cut onions in 2 T margarine or other shortening, then blend in 2 T flour, 3/4 tsp salt, pepper stir in slowly 1 cup canned milk or cows cream, heat to boiling point stirring constantly, add 1 cup grated cheese (American). Stir until cheese is melted, then stir into a slightly beaten egg, add and mix in 2 1/2 cups drained whole kernal corn or cream style either cooked or canned. Turn into a prepared ring mold or loaf tin set into pan containing 1/2 hot water.

Cook one hour it should stand up real firm when done. Remove from oven loosen sides, allow to cool in mold 5 minutes. Turn out fill with creamed frankfurters or any kind of fish or meat if desired. If cream corn is used cook 1 1/2 hours, instead of 1 hour.
