4 chicken breasts
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup whipped cream (unsweetened)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Cream of Celery Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts 1 - 1 1/2 hrs till tender, cool and remove skin and bones (save broth to boil rice in)
Combine:
Worcestershire Sauce, whipped cream, mayonnaise and cream of celery soup.

Lay pieces of chicken in flat baking pan. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle about 1/3 c Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
