4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1½ cup salad oil
2 cup flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 cup nuts
3 jars carrot baby food (4¾ ounce jars)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend into egg mixture. Add carrot, then nuts and blend. Pour into prepared jelly roll pan and bake in preheated oven at 350º for 40 minutes.

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
4 t. soft butter
½ t. vanilla

Mix well with hand mixer. Spread on top. Cut into bars.
