Ingredients:	Ingredients: Meat Balls 2 lbs ground beef 1 small green pepper (chopped small) 1 small onion (chopped small) 2 eggs 6 slices bread (cut into small cubes) Large squirt of ketchup Sauce 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tbls flour 1 Large squirt of ketchup 1 sm squirt bbq sauce Juice from can of fruit of your choice

Directions:	Directions: Mix ground beef, peppers, onions, ketchup, eggs, bread in large bowl Grease 13x9 in pan Roll meat mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter Place in pan In bowl mix brown sugar, flour, ketchup, bbq sauce and just enough juice to make thick sauce Pour over meat balles Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes Goes great with mac n cheese

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: This is my own recipie I do deviate now and again with juices for different flavors. And on days when I'm feeling frisky I put jalapenos in my meat balls
