2 cups all purpose flour
¾ cup plus 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp salt

1 cup sour cream
½ cup melted butter
1 large egg- room temp
1 ½ tsp vanilla

2 cups blueberries (1 pint)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 12 muffin pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a medium bowl stir together sour cream, melted butter, egg and vanilla until blended.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to just combined and moistened.
Add blueberries and fold in carefully.
Fill muffin cups and sprinkle with additional 1 tbsp. sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
