1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, add one at a time
½ c. milk
2 c. flour
1½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 t. coconut flavoring
1⅓ c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside. In large mixing bowl blend oil and sugar. Stir and mix in 1 egg at a time, blending well. Add milk, stir. Add in dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in vanilla, coconut flavoring and coconut. Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. While still hot, pour on sauce.

¼ c. oleo or butter
½ c. water
1 t. coconut flavoring

Bring to boil. Boil for 2 - 3 minutes. Pour on top of hot cake.
