Freezer Slaw Recipe

Dressing:
1½ c. vinegar
½ c. water
2 c. sugar
1 t. celery seed
1 t. mustard seed

Slaw:
1 large cabbage, finely chopped
1 or 2 bell peppers, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped or grated
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Set aside and cool before pouring over slaw.
Slaw: Pour ingredients together. Let sit for 2 hours before serving. This can be stored in the freezer.
